Meet the Director
Red Square Property Surveyors was founded by Bobby Owen BSc (Sons) MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor and Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Bobby graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Building Surveying and has developed extensive experience delivering professional surveying and consultancy services across residential, commercial, heritage, public sector and property management portfolios.
His expertise includes RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys, Condition Surveys, Building Defect Diagnosis, Housing Disrepair Inspections, Project Management, Design and Specification, Refurbishment and Retrofit Schemes, Contract Administration, Planning Advice, Planned Preventative Maintenance and Specialist Building/ Property Consultancy Services.
Prior to entering the surveying profession, Bobby served in the British Army, where he developed the values of integrity, discipline, accountability and leadership. These principles continue to underpin Red Square Property Surveyors today and are reflected in the firm's commitment to delivering honest advice, exceptional client service and the highest standards of professional conduct.
