Meet the Director

Red Square Property Surveyors was founded by Robert (Bobby) Owen BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Bobby holds a First Class Honours Degree in Building Surveying and has experience delivering professional surveying and consultancy services across residential, commercial, public sector and private sector property portfolios. His experience includes, but not limited to, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, project management, refurbishment schemes, contract administration and building consultancy services.

Prior to entering the surveying profession, Bobby served in the British Army, where he developed the values of integrity, professionalism, accountability and leadership. These principles remain central to the way Red Square Property Surveyors operates today and underpin our commitment to providing clients with dependable professional advice and a high standard of service.
