Where specialist services are required, including structural engineering, fire engineering, cladding consultancy, building services engineering, asbestos consultancy or other specialist disciplines, suitably qualified consultants may be recommended.

Our services do not include fire engineering design, EWS1 assessments, cladding certification, specialist fire safety consultancy or structural engineering design unless specifically agreed in writing.
